What is important to know for before your first casino experience?

  • There is no explicit dress code in our casinos, but please enter dressed to appropriate, proper everyday standards. Flip-flops, t-shirts and tracksuits should be avoided.
  • Large bags or backpacks have to be placed in the cloakroom prior to entry.
  • Only persons over the age of 18 are allowed to enter our casinos.
  • Our casinos are open 24/7 and entry is free.
When entering

Registration

Upon the first visit, all guests are required to register, which only takes a few minutes. You will be asked to provide your personal data, we are taking photos of you and your documents, and you will then receive your own entry card.

Which documents are required for registration?

  • personal identification document and official proof of address
  • or passport and and official proof of address
  • or driver’s licence and official proof of address
  • For EU nationals:
  • Personal identity document (identity card or passport) issued by the competent authority of the home country, authorising the holder for a stay in Hungary (driving licences are not acceptable).
  • For guests from outside of EU Member States, only a valid passport is accepted..

At the casino cash desks, bank card transactions are considered purchases and are therefore free of charge. However, cash is not available at the cash desk, and you can only buy cash substitute playing chips or tickets for the purposes of playing.
