What do I do on my first visit?
Upon the first visit, all guests are required to register, which only takes a few minutes.
Which documents are required for registration?
In case of Hungarian nationals:
– personal identification document and official proof of address
– or passport and and official proof of address
– or driver’s licence and official proof of address
For citizens of EEA countries:
– valid ID card or passport (driver’s license is not acceptable).
For citizens of non-EEA countries:
– valid passport (if a visa is required, then a valid visa as well) or residence permit valid for the territory of the EU or Hungary.
What should I do if I lost my card?
If you lose your card, please report it to the casino reception desk or to our main contact details and a new one will be issued on your next visit. There is nothing else to do, it is not possible to abuse a lost card, it cannot be used by anyone else.
How long will my data be stored?
