What do I do if I want to ban myself from the casino?
If you decide that you no longer wish to visit our casinos, you have the option to make a significant self-restriction declaration or a self-exclusion declaration in one of the following ways:
- You can make a significant self-restriction declaration by post (set out in private instrument with full probative force) or in person at the customer service office of the Gambling Authority for a period of 1, 3 or 5 years.
- in the casinos, it is possible to make a self-exclusion declaration in person, with proof of identity, for a period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or 2 years.

Is it possible to lift my self-ban?
The declaration made to the Gambling Authority for a period of 1 year cannot be withdrawn, while the declaration for 3 and 5 years can be withdrawn after 2 years the earliest.
The declaration made for a period of 3-6 months cannot be withdrawn, while the declaration for 12-24 months can be withdrawn after 7 months the earliest.
